i'm thinking about hosting a session. it would be wednesdays and only about an hour long for a little extra exercise. nothing too strenuous. if you're up for it, let me know.

ok. i plan on having it around 6.m. this way we don't have to fight the heat too much. at kidspace.

ok. we'll try 4. be sure to wear something hot weather related. good shoes and shorts that you can tie fairly tightly. we'll be working on legs, sprinting, and lower body this week
